Winners are asked to wait until after 1 p.m. the following day before picking up their prizes. You can pick up your prize during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) at:

JACK'S PHONE-IN CONTESTS: IMPORTANT!
Here at JACK, we want to be sure that our contests are fair for everyone, so here's our procedure to ensure everyone has the same opportunity to phone in and win.
At 5 to 10 minutes before a major contest, we 'clear' the contest lines and put them all on 'hold' so that no one can get through. The contest lines stayed blocked until it is time to play the contest. When we announce the contest phone number on the air, we open the phone lines.
So it won't do any good to try and call ahead of time because you won't get through, you'll only get a busy signal. Your best chance to get through on the contest phone line is to begin to dial as soon as you hear the contest phone number on-air.
